Retail Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager(Entertainment Industry)

Work Location: Kallang Wave Mall Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Drive store performance through sales planning and commercial awareness
• Deliver an engaging and enjoyable customer experience
• Manage staff rostering, stock control, loss prevention and daily operations
• Train and develop team members to improve sales and customer service skills
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Support promotions, events and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Attractions or other customer-facing industries
• Experience in theme parks, arcades, family entertainment centres, attractions or leisure venues is an advantage
• Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Retail or Assistant Manager role is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to create an engaging customer experience
• Positive, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales and KPI-driven mindset
