Machine Operator

Role Summary We are currently looking for a Robotic Weld Cell Operator to join our production team in a high-speed manufacturing facility. This role focuses on the setup, operation, and oversight of robotic welding systems to guarantee that all components meet our safety and quality benchmarks.

Successful applicants will ideally possess direct experience with automated machinery or robotic welding systems. We also welcome those with a robust history in industrial equipment or heavy machine operation who are motivated to master robotic welding processes.

Primary Duties Manage robotic welding cells and automated systems to ensure steady production throughput.

Prepare machinery for production cycles by loading raw materials and aligning components correctly.

Optimize production efficiency and output quality by monitoring equipment performance and performing necessary adjustments.

Help ensure high standards of production by verifying that finished parts meet all dimensional and weld specifications.

Conduct regular quality assessments utilizing visual inspection methods and precision measuring tools.

Resolve minor technical interruptions and quality discrepancies to keep the production line moving smoothly.

Support the long-term reliability of our equipment by performing standard cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Facilitate the efficient flow of materials by loading and unloading parts and fixtures with precise alignment.

Adhere to all safety protocols, production timelines, and standardized work procedures.

Record production data and quality metrics accurately to maintain necessary documentation.

Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to maintenance and supervisory staff to ensure a safe working environment.

Uphold a clean and orderly workspace to promote overall facility safety and efficiency.

Requirements Background in operating industrial production machinery, heavy equipment, or robotic welding systems.

Practical welding experience or foundational knowledge of welding processes is highly desirable.

Experience in the setup, calibration, or troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment is beneficial.

Capacity to conduct visual inspections and adhere to rigorous quality control standards.

Proficiency in utilizing standard inspection tools and measuring devices.

Mechanical aptitude that allows for the identification of equipment issues and the execution of routine adjustments.
