Reservations Specialist (Booking)

Manage and confirm reservations through the Cozy Home platform.

Manage property listings and reservations across Booking.com , Airbnb, and Property Finder.

Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate apartment availability and booking schedules.

Maintain accurate booking records and reports.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Female candidates with at least 5 years of experience in reservations, preferably in serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Previous experience using Booking.com , Airbnb, and Property Finder for property listings, bookings, and customer inquiries.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
