Pizza Maker

Job Summary As a Pizza Maker, you'll prepare and cook pizzas while keeping the kitchen organized, safe, and ready for service. You'll follow recipes, handle ingredients carefully, and work with the team to deliver consistent meals. Your impact: Accurate preparation and safe food handling help guests enjoy flavorful meals with confidence. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble pizzas using strong knife skills and consistent food preparation techniques. Cook pizzas and other menu items; use kitchen equipment safely and follow recipes and menu plans. Apply food safety, handling, and sanitizing procedures throughout food production and meal preparation. Support kitchen operations during busy service, coordinating with teammates to maintain an efficient workflow. Experience Kitchen, restaurant, food service, food industry, or culinary experience is helpful; high-volume production experience is a plus. Dietary aide or dietary department experience, catering experience, and fine dining experience are welcome but not required. Familiarity with cooking, food production, recipe adherence, and food safety management is preferred. Ability to operate kitchen equipment and maintain clean, sanitary work areas is important.
