Education: Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical disciplines. Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process quality assurance, preferably within automotive, powersports, machinery, or complex manufacturing environments.
