Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Social Care - Hull Location: Hull (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £35.50 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their esteemed Adult Social Care Team.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will
Provide expert social work practice in complex situations, assessing and managing high-risk cases.
Offer expert opinions and guidance on decision-making in complex cases.
Lead and support the professional development of others through supervision and mentoring.
Deliver training, assessment, and teaching to promote high-quality social work practice.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
