Senior Occupational Therapist - Independent Living Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapist for its client's Independent Living Service Team at North Lincolnshire. We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join an Independent Living Service in North Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to take on a senior-level role supporting complex cases, mentoring staff, and contributing to service development.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage a caseload of complex assessments

Provide advice on moving & handling and equipment

Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues

Contribute to service improvements and best practice

Work closely with health, social care, and external partners

Support the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) process

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Experience working in adult social care / community settings

Strong knowledge of:

Care Act

Mental Capacity Act / DoLS

Safeguarding

Experience with complex case work and multidisciplinary teams

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
