SALARY will depend on : 1) skillsets and no. of years of experience in this childcare industry POSITION: Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role Located in Ang Mo Kio or Serangoon (walking distance from MRT) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development. Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs. Respond to parents' enquiries and feedbacks Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement Licensing To lead a team and report to the centre director/manager To suport managment team To be independent and to work closely with the management To be active in enrollment of children Conduct frequent meetings with teachers Passionate, Responsible and Bubbly BENEFITS Annual leave, performance bonus, medical benefits, additional incentives, etc....
