  1. Supervise and manage site activities for joinery & fit-out works
  2. Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and subcontractors
  3. Review and execute work as per shop drawings and specifications
  4. Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
  5. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
  6. Ensure proper material usage and site safety compliance
  7. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
  8. Assist in BOQ, material take-off, and cost control
  9. 3–7 years experience in joinery / fit-out projects
  10. UAE experience preferred
  11. Strong experience in site execution and coordination
  12. Knowledge of joinery works, materials, and finishing
  13. Strong coordination and communication skills
  14. Problem-solving and time management
  15. AutoCAD
  16. MS Office
  17. Basic knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project preferred)
  18. UAE Driving License (preferred)
