Incident Management: Spearhead data analytics and thorough investigations of all incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Quality Assurance: Oversee and maintain our robust Quality Assurance framework, with a strong focus on ISO documentation and compliance.

Team Development: Foster a high-performing team through daily supervision, coaching, and comprehensive training programs, including agency inductions.

Safety Culture: Champion a positive and proactive safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring strong HSE leadership at all levels.

Strong background in Quality Assurance and ISO standards.

Expertise in Incident Analysis , Accident Investigation , and Risk Assessment .
