Map priority member journeys that begin on the public website and continue into account opening, digital banking, or third-party platforms.

Identify friction, gaps, and inconsistencies across connected digital experiences and recommend improvements.

Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and other UX artifacts when they support better strategic decisions.

Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes such as conversion, digital adoption, task completion, accessibility, qualified leads, and member satisfaction.

Use research, analytics, usability testing, and other evidence to validate UX recommendations.

Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications.

Define or evolve design systems and reusable CMS component libraries that balance member needs, brand consistency, accessibility, and author flexibility.
