Accountabilities: The Senior Associate, Corporate Cards will serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high-quality support, accurate processing, and effective issue resolution. The role requires strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced remote environment.

Provide frontline customer service to corporate card administrators and cardholders through phone, online, and written communication channels.

Manage incoming inquiries and administrative requests while ensuring alignment with service agreements and approved procedures.

Support clients with corporate card tools, technologies, products, and solutions while providing clear guidance.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong service standards.

Process and review requests for new corporate credit cards, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including follow-ups, escalations, and written authorization requests.

Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Collaborate with internal partners to support first-contact resolution and continuous service improvements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to develop a career in financial services. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a technology-enabled service environment.

High school diploma completed or equivalent professional experience.

Experience working in a customer service, sales, or service-oriented environment.

Strong passion for helping customers and resolving complex requests.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French.

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of corporate credit card products and services is an asset.

Familiarity with contact centre technologies, processes, and performance metrics is preferred.

Understanding of risk management, compliance principles, and regulated financial environments is an asset.

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
