Accountabilities: The Release Management Analyst will oversee the operational lifecycle of software releases, ensuring that changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with technical and compliance requirements.

Coordinate release planning activities, calendars, and timelines across multiple products, environments, and engineering teams.

Manage end-to-end release processes, including build tracking, environment promotion, readiness checks, approvals, execution, and post-release follow-up.

Facilitate Go/No-Go decision processes by preparing release status updates, reviewing test results, identifying risks, and documenting outcomes.

Create and maintain release authorizations, documentation, and compliance-related artifacts to support audit requirements.

Partner with operations teams to coordinate deployments across regions and environments while ensuring all pre-deployment checks are completed.

Support troubleshooting activities related to failed deployments and coordinate resolution efforts with relevant technical teams.

Enforce change management policies, including approval processes, emergency changes, rollback planning, and release governance standards.

Manage late-merge and hot-patch processes while ensuring appropriate risk assessment and decision-making.

Improve release visibility by supporting dashboards, metrics, reporting, and operational insights related to readiness, deployment progress, and risk.

Coordinate post-release validation activities and support evidence collection to confirm successful deployments.

Contribute to incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and post-mortem activities related to release issues and deployment regressions.

Provide clear and timely communication on release status, risks, blockers, and impacts to technical teams and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented release management professional with experience supporting production software delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and structured change management processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

3+ years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, Project Management, SRE, DevOps, or Technical Operations supporting production releases.

Experience managing multi-environment release pipelines, including development, testing, production, and regulated environments with formal approval processes.

Hands-on experience using Jira or similar platforms for release tracking, change management, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration.

Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GoCD, or equivalent technologies.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management practices, CAB processes, rollback strategies, and audit requirements.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, SRE, Security, Product, and Operations under time-sensitive conditions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive effective decisions.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to different audiences.

Ability to work reliably during the required coverage schedule aligned with global operations.

Experience supporting large distributed systems, multi-product platforms, or enterprise SaaS environments is a plus.

Knowledge of observability and validation tools such as Kusto, Grafana, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Experience with incident response, post-mortem processes, and operational improvement initiatives is preferred.

Familiarity with SQL, database deployment processes, and collaboration with DBA teams is beneficial.

Experience improving release processes through automation, metrics, dashboards, or workflow optimization is considered an advantage.
