Accountabilities: The FP&A Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that new business initiatives are successfully integrated into financial planning, reporting, and governance processes. The role requires strong analytical thinking, project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and corporate functions.

Lead the financial integration of new businesses into existing planning cycles, including monthly closing, forecasting, financial performance reviews, and annual budgeting processes.

Design and structure governance frameworks, including cost centers, reporting models, managerial controls, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Establish and manage executive governance routines, ensuring financial visibility and supporting strategic decision-making.

Act as a bridge between operational, business, and finance teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and improve collaboration.

Analyze the impact of new business initiatives on the broader organization by translating operational needs into financial models and consolidated views.

Document processes, information flows, and responsibilities to ensure scalability and consistency across governance practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable operating in dynamic environments, managing complex projects, and building structured solutions with a high level of ownership.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably within finance, FP&A, business planning, consulting, or strategic operations.

Strong understanding of financial concepts, managerial metrics, P&L structures, and financial flows.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and seniority levels.

Proactive and autonomous mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to independently drive initiatives.

Advanced or fluent English proficiency, as reporting materials and communications are conducted in English.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, financial tracking, and validation models.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in PMO, Chief of Staff, BizOps, or similar roles within technology companies, startups, or new business environments.

Familiarity with corporate systems such as SAP, SAC, or financial planning tools.

Knowledge of managerial accounting and cost center structures.
