Accountabilities: Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to support digital transformation initiatives and improve business processes.

Collaborate with project teams to analyze requirements, design workflows, and deliver efficient RPA solutions for clients.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain automated processes while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.

Apply programming knowledge to create customized solutions and integrations using technologies such as .NET, Python, Java, C#, VBA, or similar languages.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas to improve automation strategies.

Participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the delivery of automation projects by following best practices and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to innovation initiatives involving automation, intelligent solutions, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional experience developing process automation solutions.

Hands-on experience with UiPath and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.

Knowledge of at least one programming language such as .NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, or similar technologies.

Advanced English proficiency for communication and technical collaboration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively in project teams and adapt to changing requirements.

Knowledge of Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or advanced RPA concepts is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills are considered an advantage.
