Developer Support Engineer

We are looking for a Developer Support Engineer with software development experience (preferably .NET) to join our Azure support team. You will work with developers, helping them troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and provide technical solutions across Microsoft technologies. Daily tasks

• ・Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications
• ・Debug code and analyze root causes of customer problems
• ・Support developers working with .NET and Azure technologies
• ・Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions
• ・Communicate technical guidance and recommendations to customers

Requirements

・1-2 years of experience in software development and/or technical support ・Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET or similar) ・Good understanding of web applications, HTTP, IIS, and debugging processes ・Knowledge of Azure services is a plus ・Strong problem-solving and communication skills ・Good spoken and written English
