Social Media Specialist

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives and target audience.

Create and manage engaging social media content across relevant platforms.

Develop and maintain content calendars and ensure timely content execution.

Manage the brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms .

Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify new content opportunities.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop innovative campaigns and content.

Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s tone of voice, identity, and communication strategy .

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Social Media, preferably with previous experience in agency .

Previous experience in the Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care industry is highly preferred.

Strong experience in social media planning and strategy development .

Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Strong content creation and creative writing skills.

Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.

Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.

Good command of English , both written and spoken.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
