Quality Control Section Head

Lead and supervise the Quality Control team within the Aluminum production sector.

Develop and implement QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards.

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality requirements.

Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished aluminum products.

Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality problems.

Ensure proper documentation of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.

Train and develop QC team members and promote a strong quality culture across the production floor.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in aluminum manufacturing, fabrication, or a similar industrial environment.

Previous experience in a supervisory/section head QC role is preferred.

Good knowledge of products (Aluminum, Glass and Coating) ,inspection requirements, and quality standards.

Understanding of aluminum, glass, and paint/coating specifications and their impact on final product quality.

Good understanding of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and root-cause analysis.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
