Quality Engineer (质量工程师)

1. Full-process Quality Control: Responsible for IQC incoming inspection, IPQC in-process patrol inspection, FQC finished product inspection and OQC shipment inspection standards implementation, strictly control product quality from materials to finished products.
2. Quality Abnormality Analysis & Improvement: Track and analyze production quality defects, mechanical structure and material quality problems, organize root cause analysis, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and follow up the implementation effect to reduce recurring defects.
3. Quality Document & Standard Management: Formulate, revise and sort out quality inspection standards, SOP, inspection reports, quality records and other technical documents; ensure on-site inspection standards are consistent and standardized.
4. Supplier & Process Quality Management: Assist in managing supplier incoming quality, follow up supplier quality improvement; monitor production process quality status, timely rectify non-compliant processes and abnormal operations.
5. Quality System & Data Statistics: Complete daily, weekly and monthly quality data statistics, summarize quality trend reports, support internal and external quality audits, and maintain the normal operation of the factory quality system.

Qualifications: Educational Background Junior College (Higher Vocational Diploma) or bachelor's degree or above. Major Background Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Materials Science and Engineering, Metal Materials Engineering, Material Forming, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Design, Quality Management and other mechanical, material and quality-related majors. Language Ability Thai native speaker, able to communicate in Chinese OR English (capable of daily and technical business communication). Professional Skills Familiar with factory quality control process and inspection standards; understand mechanical parts, material properties and production process; master basic quality tools (QC seven tools, 8D, etc.); able to independently handle quality abnormalities and write improvement reports. Personal Quality Strict and careful in work, strong sense of responsibility and principle, good teamwork and communication skills, able to cooperate with Chinese team for daily work docking. Have working experience in mechanical, material or manufacturing factory quality position. Proficient in Chinese, familiar with Chinese factory management mode. Familiar with ISO quality system, MSA, SPC and other quality management tools. Experience in handling material defect, structural quality and process improvement projects. Available to work Monday to Saturday.
