Construction Site Manager

Job Description: Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and progress. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Manage and resolve site issues, technical problems, and ensure timely completion of work. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation. Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites. Good knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Able to work independently and under pressure. Familiar with local building codes and project management tools.
