Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial Store Manager to spearhead operations at Pasir Ris location. This unique role combines retail leadership with direct profit-sharing!

💰 Remuneration & Unique Partnership Model

Revenue Share Model: Earn 10% of total store revenue directly—uncapped earning potential based on store performance!

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory precision.
• Analyze sales data, set growth strategies, and drive monthly targets to maximize your revenue share.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store staff to deliver a high standard of service.
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, and cultivate loyal clientele.
• Oversee visual display standards and collaborate with corporate marketing on local promotions.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety SOPs.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For:

• Min 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years as a Store Manager.
• Min. GCE 'O' Levels; Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs, analyzing sales data, and controlling costs.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, with excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
