📍 Locations: Pioneer / Woodlands 💰 Salary: $2,600 – $3,000/month 🕒 12-Hour Shift 🌞 Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Roster Pattern

1. Group 1: Work Sunday – Tuesday + Alternate Wednesday
2. Group2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thursday– Saturday

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders using the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delivery or fulfilment issues.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, urgent orders, and value-added service requests.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and proof of delivery (PODs).
• Perform inventory-related administrative duties, including stock reporting and discrepancy investigations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support customer audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
