Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms.

Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and short-form videos.

Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules.

Create content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness. Respond to customer enquiries and support online customer engagement. Monitor content performance and recommend improvements. Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.

Previous customer service experience is mandatory.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.

Creative, proactive, organised, and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must reside around the Lekki/Ajah axis of Lagos.
