We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to oversee car park revenue reporting, operational performance, and day-to-day car park management. This role offers a unique blend of operations, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy identifying trends, resolving issues, and driving operational improvements.

You will play a key role in monitoring car park performance, investigating revenue discrepancies, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites while working closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and maintenance teams

Your new role

Responsible for managing car park revenue reporting and operational performance across multiple sites. The role involves analysing parking revenue trends, investigating discrepancies and anomalies, preparing financial and operational reports, and recommending corrective actions to improve business performance. In addition, the incumbent will oversee day-to-day car park operations, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on maintenance matters, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations while delivering high service standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in operations, facilities management, car park management, property management, revenue analysis, or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and investigate discrepancies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with operational and financial reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
