Senior Fashion Designer / Pattern Drafter

Key Responsibilities

Draft accurate patterns from sketches, pictures, measurements, and samples. Develop and modify garment samples. Conduct fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments. Identify and correct fitting and construction issues. Sew and finish samples to a high standard. Guide production staff on garment construction. Ensure accurate measurements, proportions, and garment fit. Work with the production team to ensure designs are properly executed. Maintain high-quality standards throughout production.

Requirements

Excellent pattern drafting and garment construction skills. Strong sewing and finishing skills. Ability to work from sketches, pictures, measurements, and samples. Good understanding of fit, measurements, and garment proportions. Ready-to-wear production experience is an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Ability to meet production deadlines.
