Job Responsibilities Looking for ambitious and results-driven Digital Sales professionals, this role will engage with customers facing financial challenges, understand their situations, and recommend suitable debt mediation and restructuring solutions. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, building customer trust, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Engage and consult prospective customers through digital channels.
• Understand customer financial situations and recommend suitable debt mediation solutions.
• Conduct financial assessments and identify opportunities for debt restructuring programs.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Handle objections effectively and guide customers toward informed financial decisions.
• Consistently achieve sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Lending, Consumer Finance, Banking, Multi-Finance, Debt Restructuring, or related industries.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of lending products, credit assessment, debt management, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-performance environment.
• Experience handling financially distressed customers is highly preferred.
