The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
- Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets
- Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract
- Chase mortgage offers and progress transactions
- Maintain regular communication with agents
- Keep vendors and purchasers updated throughout the sales process
- Communicate effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and buyers
- Arrange for contracts to be signed
- Update managers on the progress of sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update the vendor portal
Sales Progressor Requirements
- Previous experience in sales progression or conveyancing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A confident and professional approach
- The ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise workload effectively
