Quality Assurance Tester

Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Documentation: 

Develop and document detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.   Participate in the analysis of user stories and requirements to ensure clarity and testability.  

Manual & Automated Testing:

Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on web and mobile applications.   Execute test scripts and review results, ensuring thorough testing coverage.  Support the development of automated test scripts and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.  

Defect Management:

Identify, log, and track software bugs and issues using Jira or a similar tracking tool. Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve issues efficiently, verifying fixes and conducting regression tests.  

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the development, product management, and project teams to provide clear feedback on functionality, performance, and usability.   Contribute to agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing insights into QA progress and obstacles.  

Continuous Improvement:

Support ongoing process improvements for testing workflows, documentation, and automation practices.  Stay up to date with the latest QA tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
