The job

What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning, executing, and scaling app user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with performance across other paid social channels (TikTok, Snapchat) a plus

Monitoring and optimizing account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation

Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation

Collaborating with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition

Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity

Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations

Producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions

Must have:

5+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments

Expert-level experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns at scale, ideally with additional experience in TikTok Ads or Snapchat

Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV

Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities

Solid understanding of app attribution and proficiency using MMP tools

Proficiency using tools like Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize data

Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English

Ability to conduct market research and competitors analysis

Nice to have:

Experience with Google Ads and video networks

Experience in web2app user acquisition

Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries

Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management

Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA etc.

Salary range between €4500-€6000 gross per month
