Team Lead Bus Partner Management

As Team Lead Bus Partner Management, you will lead the Peru Business Development Team and own Flix's relationships with bus partners. You will drive sustainable growth through strategic partner acquisition, a strong, balanced partner portfolio, and contract and business-model negotiations, while balancing commercial and operational excellence.

This is a highly visible leadership role in one of Flix’s priority growth markets. It requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, commercial and financial acumen, people leadership, and a results-driven mindset. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers while working closely with regional and global Business Excellence teams and Central functions to strengthen Flix’s competitive position in Peru.

About the Role

• Acquire new bus partners and expand the partner network in line with Flix's growth strategy for Peru.
• Establish and maintain a solid, healthy bus partner portfolio, building long-term, trust-based relationships with partner owners and senior management.
• Lead contract and business model negotiations with bus partners, securing agreements that are fair, sustainable, and strategically valuable for both sides.
• Enforce the right balance between commercial and operational excellence, aligning partner expectations with Flix's quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Develop and lead the Business Development team: coach, set clear goals, and build a high-performing, partner-oriented culture.
• Work closely with regional and global Business Excellence teams and Central functions to align priorities, share insights, and drive joint initiatives
• Work out and support the full Peru team in achieving our ambitious and strategic goals.
• Monitor forecasts, pipeline, partner performance, and key metrics to steer decisions.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7-10+ years of experience in business development, account or partner management in the Peruvian transportation/mobility sector.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong track record in partnership development, stakeholder management, and revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation skills, including experience with complex contract and commercial model discussions.
• Ability to balance commercial targets with operational requirements and to build trust with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders
• Advanced analytical and financial skills, including P&L management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
• Exposure to multinational and matrix organizations is nice to have.
