Job summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented product manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute products marketing strategy and annual brand plans with full responsibility for managing product life cycle.
• Manage all launch activities of new products with full alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute a successful product launch.
• Full responsibility for products P&L and all financial KPIs, ensuring positive profits and financial growth matching the brand strategic plan.
• Plan and execute different marketing campaigns and digital activities that support the sales team to ensure effective execution of product marketing strategy.
• Build up long term partnership with medical societies and KOLs to ensure full understanding of patients' and health care providers' needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Specialty care experience is preferred.
• Experience in new products launches is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
