Tele Sales Specialist Female only

Euro Motors Hub is hiring Tele Sales Specialists (Work From Home) to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful deals. This is a performance-based role where your main responsibility is to communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of importing cars or purchasing spare parts.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads daily
• Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle objections and build trust with clients
• Update and manage leads through CRM system
• Maintain consistent follow-up until closing the deal
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Work Conditions:

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Off
• Fixed salary + commission based on performance

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Strong ability to follow up and close deals
• Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / CRM is a plus)
• Previous telesales experience is a plus
• Automotive interest is a plus
