HR Specialist

- Resource Planning: Identify the most effective recruitment channels based on job needs.
- Job Ads: Create and publish job postings across different platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and present top profiles to management.
- Process Management: Handle multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Coordination with Workers: Follow up and coordinate with workers (routes, headcount, issue resolution).
- Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment and handle employee concerns.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluations and feedback collection.
- HR Administration: Manage employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, payroll).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Gender: Male
- Knowledge: Familiarity with social insurance and labor laws is a plus.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff.
