E-Commerce Operations Associate

Responsibilities Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across the website and marketplaces

Manage product uploads, updates, and site merchandising

Monitor inventory, order flow, and fulfillment issues

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams

Assist with site launches, promotions, and product drops

Troubleshoot site issues and escalate as needed

Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports

Qualifications 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations

Strong familiarity with Shopify

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in fashion or DTC brands preferred

Tracking and managing stock for multiple brands across various sales channels
