Senior QC Architect

Undertake quality and design reviews of all architectural, interior design, landscape, and master planning deliverables across all project stages.

Verify compliance of design deliverables with the contract documents, applicable local and international codes, operator requirements, and client standards.

Prepare and issue consolidated Quality Review Reports, highlighting non‑compliances, risks, and recommendations, and tracking close‑out of comments.

Review and comment on deliverables prepared by specialist consultants (FLS, acoustics, MEP, Façade, LEED/sustainability, …etc.) to ensure consistency, coordination, and alignment with the overall design intent.

Review and interpret authorities’ requirements, ensuring that these are correctly reflected in the design and advising the team on implications where needed.

Support the project team in material selection, construction methodology, and procurement strategies to align quality, cost, and program objectives.

Assist in the value engineering process, proposing alternative design and material solutions that maintain design integrity while optimizing cost and performance.

Min. 10 years of experience in Quality control and Design Review

Experience in Consultancies.

LEED AP is considered an advantage.

Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
