Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loan files from application through closing.
- Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Collect and organize borrower documentation.
- Review income, asset, and credit documentation.
- Upload and organize loan documents in the Loan Origination System (LOS).

Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the U.S. residential mortgage industry (Loan Processor or related mortgage operations role).
- Basic understanding of the U.S. residential mortgage process.
- Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.
- Ability to review mortgage documents, including:
- Pay Stubs
- W-2s
- Bank Statements
