Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Chemistry, or Material Analysis. Experience: 5+ years manufacturing preferred. Proficient in quality tools for troubleshooting and data analysis. Skills: Fluent in English (reading and writing); strong spoken English preferred. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
