Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in large-scale and labor-intensive manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required; knowledge of TQM and TPM is preferred.
