• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely recruitment
• Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, analytics, and cost optimization initiatives to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
• Strengthen the company's employer brand by leading recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
