Field Service Engineer - Cairo

Duties Lead a team of service technicians.

Hold site survey prior to installation.

Coordinated the delivery and installation with client.

Perform on-site delivery, installation and hand over to client.

Perform regular preventive maintenance at client premises.

Performs trouble shooting, maintenance and repair for devices faults and breakdowns.

Hold meeting with clients as needed to resolve technical issues.

Control daily operating expenses for himself as well as his team of technicians.

Travel inside Egypt 30% of the time.

Qualifications Mechanical, electrical or mechatronic Engineering degree.

Hard worker, and able to bear continuous outdoor work conditions.

1 to 4 years of experience

Analytical mindset

Maintenance/service background is a plus

Good command of English language

Very good communication skills.
