About the Role
Client Contribution & Handling
Draft press releases, Q&As, key messages, and other strategic communications materials
Monitor and analyse media, policy, and market developments across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region, sharing relevant insights with clients and teams
Leverage in-house AI tools and other resources to manage workflow and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
Contribute to brainstorms and pitch preparation
Think strategically and tactically about client issues and account development
Deliver ideas, direction, and content to account teams
Produce high-quality client deliverables that reflect strong judgment, analysis, and attention to detail
Build trusted relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
Contribution to the Firm
Establish and maintain strong client and internal relationships, ensuring responsiveness across multiple, time-sensitive engagements
Draw insights from personal and professional networks across Singapore and the region, and apply them to support clients and the firm
Participate in training sessions and take advantage of ongoing development opportunities
Teamwork and Collaborative Approach
Act as the “eyes and ears” of the team in the local market
Share ideas, knowledge, and perspectives with colleagues
Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team culture
Communication Skills – Engagement with Media and Stakeholders
Prepare detailed media backgrounders and curate targeted media lists across the Singapore and regional landscape
Identify and assess media opportunities and stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance clients’ profiles
What We’re Looking For

Standout candidates will demonstrate:
1–3 years of relevant experience; corporate communications, public affairs, consulting, or agency experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Asian language skills are an advantage)
Strong interest in Southeast Asian policy, business, capital markets, and issues affecting multinational and regional companies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-service mindset
Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strategic and creative thinking
High discretion when handling confidential information
International work or academic experience is a plus
Familiarity with research and data platforms (e.g., Factiva, Bloomberg) is advantageous
