Qualifications

1. Female.
2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a related position.
4. Proven experience in Odoo customization according to business requirements.
5. Experienced in developing and creating custom Odoo modules.
6. Strong understanding of Odoo workflows and business processes in the manufacturing industry.
7. Good understanding of the functionality and usage of Odoo Standard Apps.
8. Able to perform Odoo setup and configuration, both on-premise and through Odoo.sh/cloud.
9. Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and XML.
10. Experienced in integrating Odoo with PLCs, weighing scales, and other hardware devices.
11. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
12. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the IT team and end users.

Job Description

1. Develop and customize Odoo modules according to the company’s business requirements and processes.
2. Perform Odoo implementation, setup, and configuration, both on-premise and through Odoo.sh/cloud.
3. Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Odoo.
4. Develop and implement Odoo integrations with external systems, including PLCs, weighing scales, and other hardware devices.
5. Optimize system performance and perform troubleshooting and bug fixing to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with the internal IT team and end users to ensure the Odoo system operates effectively and meets business requirements.
7. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring.
8. Ensure all system developments, customizations, and changes are properly documented and aligned with company standards and requirements.
