Pricing Specialist – Freight Forwarding

Blue Oceans Logistics is seeking a Pricing Specialist with 1–3 years of relevant freight forwarding experience to prepare competitive freight quotations, coordinate rates with carriers and overseas agents, and support the Sales team with accurate pricing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and compare freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.

Prepare accurate Ocean and/or Air Freight quotations.

Review freight charges, surcharges, and local charges.

Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer quotation requirements.

Follow up on rate validity, updates, and carrier quotations.

Maintain accurate pricing records and quotation documentation.

Support timely responses to customer pricing inquiries.

1–3 years of hands-on freight forwarding pricing experience.

Practical experience preparing Ocean and/or Air Freight quotations.

Familiarity with carrier and overseas agent rates.

Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Sheraton, Cairo.
