About BELLS for Enterprises

BELLS Singapore's Enterprise (B2B) division helps Singapore employers — fromMSMEs and SMEs to large enterprises — upskill their workforce through short,outcomes-focused, hands-on training programmes, many delivered at little to noout-of-pocket cost through SFEC and other government-funded skilling schemes. We're a small, fast-growing team building this business from the ground up,with an AI-first programme catalogue spanning AI Skilling, Digital Marketing,Data Analytics & Visualisation, Sales, and Leadership & ProfessionalEffectiveness.

The Role

As a B2B Sales Manager, you'll own the full sales cycle for a portfolio ofleads spanning MSME, SME and — as your book matures — large enterpriseaccounts, from a meeting booked by our inside sales team through to a signed, funded training proposal. You'll be the face of Bells for Enterprises toprospective clients, translating a business's skilling needs into the rightprogramme (or a customised build) from our catalogue, and working closely withour Programme & Content and Delivery Ops teams to get proposals out thedoor and clients delivered against.

What You'll Do

  • Run discovery and sales meetings with SME/MSME prospects, understanding the upskilling problem they're trying to solve and who the training is for
  • Buildand send proposals — using our standard, WSQ-approved programme cataloguewherever it fits, and looping in Programme & Content for a customised classor a net-new, WSQ-certified programme when it doesn't
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end in Zoho CRM: accurate stage progression, realistic closing dates, and clean data on every deal you carry
  • Advise clients on how SFEC and other government-funded schemes can reduce or eliminate their out-of-pocket training cost Work toward monthly and quarterly closed-revenue and win-rate targets
  • Keep meeting outcomes current (held, converted, rescheduled, no-show) so your funnel reflects what's actually happening
  • Coordinate with the inside-sales/calling team and channel partners on lead hand off quality, flagging gaps back to them
  • Build genuine relationships with SME/MSME decision-makers — often HR/L&D leads or business owners — who may return for repeat programmes

What We're Looking For

  • 4+years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into SMEs, intraining/education, HR-tech, SaaS, or a related B2B services field
  • Atrack record of running your own pipeline and closing deals — not justgenerating leads
  • Comfortableworking in a CRM daily (Zoho CRM or equivalent), with real pipeline discipline
  • Strongdiscovery and consultative-selling instincts — able to turn a clientconversation into the right proposal, not a generic pitch
  • Clearwritten and spoken English; comfortable presenting to business owners andHR/L&D stakeholders
  • Self-starterenergy — this is a lean, fast-moving team building a new business, not a maturesales org with a long-established playbook
  • Eligibleto work in Singapore
  • Niceto have:
  • Experience selling government-funded orgrant-subsidised programmes (SFEC, WSQ, or similar schemes)
  • Familiarity with corporate training, adulteducation, or workforce/AI upskilling
  • Experience selling a portfolio of multipleproducts or programmes rather than a single SKU

What We Offer

  • A base salary in line with the team's current Sales Manager band
  • Genuine ownership of a growth story — the chance to help build a multimillion-dollarB2B business from its earliest stage, with your fingerprints on the deals, clients and processes that define it
  • Aground-floor seat in a new business unit, with an active pipeline of inbound leads (calling team and channel partners) feeding you from day one
  • Direct exposure to Singapore's SFEC-funded skilling ecosystem — a durable, government-backed source of demand
  • A client book that grows with you — from MSME and SME relationships today toward large-enterprise accounts as the business scales
  • A clear reporting line into a dedicated Senior Sales Manager, with a small, hands-on leadership team and direct access to the people building this business
  • Room to grow into more senior and specialised roles as the org scales — this structure is being built, not inherited
