About the company
Beit El Wadi is looking for an experienced and highly organized Purchasing Manager to join our team and lead the procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your tasks
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies and procurement plans.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Manage purchasing operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with all departments.
- Control purchasing costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Prepare purchasing reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.
