What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work or support setting
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• A proactive approach to supporting learning and classroom activities
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Professional references and the ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check where required
