About the Role
3K Growth Academy translates Three Kingdoms history and Chinese philosophy into modern leadership and organisational development training. We're looking for a Program Executive to help execute our programs — coordinating across teams, running offline events, and supporting marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Support execution of training programs and projects, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
- Coordinate across internal teams (content, design, development, sales) — chasing down blockers, keeping things moving.
- Plan and run offline events and workshops, from logistics to on-site execution.
- Support marketing: copywriting, content coordination, campaign materials.
- Help QA content across platforms (website, decks, training materials) for accuracy and consistency.
- Own assigned workstreams end-to-end — flag risks early, propose solutions.
What We're Looking For :
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluent English — copywriter-level, able to write polished copy independently.
- Working Chinese — comfortable with Chinese source materials.
- Marketing sense — good instinct for what makes content and messaging land.
- Genuine interest in Three Kingdoms history, Chinese philosophy, and/or leadership development.
- Ownership mindset — grounded, hands-on, eager to learn, follows through without needing to be chased.
- No prior industry experience required — attitude and reliability matter most.
Nice to Have
- Experience with training/education programs or corporate learning content.
- Experience supporting offline events.
- Additional languages — especially Bahasa and Malay.
