Network Administrator

Role Purpose: Ensure the availability, security, and performance of LAN/WAN, Internet, firewalls, switching, wireless, and network services, while providing professional help desk support.

Key Responsibilities: Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

Manage FortiGate firewall policies, VPN services, and network security.

Monitor connectivity, performance, and critical alerts.

Maintain IP addressing, VLANs, routing, DHCP/DNS, and documentation.

Provide end-user support and escalate complex incidents.

Apply IT security policies, patching, and compliance standards.

Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

3–5 years of network administration experience.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching.

Hands-on FortiGate firewall experience preferred.

Good English communication skills.

Fortinet NSE/FCP or Cisco CCNA certification.

Experience with FortiAnalyzer, SIEM, or SD-WAN.

ITIL Foundation knowledge.
