As we prepare for the 2027 season, we are looking for passionate hospitality professionals ready to learn, contribute and discover where their journey with Banyan Group can take them.

Your tasks

As a Groom, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests at Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their stay. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality will contribute to ensuring a smooth arrival, a comfortable stay, and a memorable guest experience.

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel immediately at ease
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transport to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Open doors, greet guests, and offer assistance with transportation, ensuring prompt service and attention to detail
• Ensure guest vehicles are parked or transferred in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the lobby area and entrance of the resort to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and provide excellent service
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a doorman, bellboy, or similar hospitality role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (such as Greek, French, or German) is a plus
• A warm, welcoming personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• A professional and well-groomed appearance in line with 5-star standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• EU Driving license is required
