About Us Amgala Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to creating sustainable social impact in Indonesia through programs focused on education, welfare, Islamic values, and economic empowerment. We are looking for Marketing Social Media and Design with qualification as below:
Requirement:
- Minimum D3/S1
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling brand on all social media channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook).
- Social media enthusiast
- Full of ideas, Creative, proactive and understand deeply about social media strategy, social media trends, building engagement in social media.
- Familiarity with Content creation (Design, Photo, Video), Copy writing, Video Editing, Livestreaming, and/or Photo Shooting
- Experience to use VN, Capcut, Canva, and other design & video editor software’s
- Experience in using social analytic tools and listening tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Broad knowledge and network in social media, influencers, and creatives
Job Description:
- Handling end-to-end social media channels and activities from developing strategy, planning, content creation, execution, monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
- Work closely with brand marketing team and all business unit team to ensure effectiveness of campaign execution.
- Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for social media strategy & execution process.
- Do daily posting and maintaining social media channels.
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and complementary brands
- Developing relevant topics to engage current users and to acquire more users
- Design, create, and manage promotions and social media campaigns
- Create KOL strategy collaborate with stakeholders and third parties
- Collaborate with brand marketing to deliver/support marketing needs
